New legislation goes to the House of Representatives and would provide Maryland manufactures a tax benefit for investing in machines and equipment. The article, which was published by the BBJ on March 28th notes the proposed bill would level the playing field for Maryland companies with competitors located in the surrounding states. The Hogan administration is hopeful the bill will help businesses grow and ultimately result in new jobs for the state.
