Ellin & Tucker fosters future leaders from the start of their career.   The majority of our firm’s Directors and Principals began at the firm as first-year Associates. Our 3 to 1 staff-to-director ratio means new Associates are often directly and immediately involved with our experienced professionals on a wide range of engagement teams.

One of Ellin & Tucker’s core values focuses on maintaining a strong work/life balance.   We look to support our professionals in achieving this balance in our adaptability to work from any location, paid vacation time and benefits, and firm-sponsored social activities and events.

Professional Development is also a priority.   Associates are assigned a mentor for a smooth transition to the firm.  The firm also supports new professionals sitting for the CPA exam through study time and fee reimbursement for review programs and exam fees.  Opportunities for young professionals to continue their education and growth include in-house CPE programs and firm assistance in obtaining advanced degrees and specialized credentials.

Ellin & Tucker’s “culture of caring” also extends to the greater Baltimore community through our Giving Back Committee, in fundraising efforts and volunteer hours at organizations such as House of Ruth and The Maryland Zoo.
