Rosenthal joined ASA in 1990, earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in 1995, and has since been an active leader in both the Maryland and Washington D.C. chapters, serving as chair of the Political Action Committee, a member of the Government Relations Committee, and a member the International Board of Examiners.
