Aileen Eskildsen, CPA, joined Ellin & Tucker after receiving her bachelors of science degree in accounting at Towson University. In 2007, she rose to the role of principal in the firm’s Audit, Accounting and Consulting Department and in 2008, she created the role of professional development coordinator, which oversees the career development of Ellin & Tucker’s professionals. She also oversees the firm’s recruiting committee, which focuses on the recruitment of accounting professionals from area universities. Active in the community, Eskildsen is member of Executive Alliance (formally Network 2000), a Baltimore-based, invitation-only organization dedicated to championing and promoting the advancement of women within their chosen fields. She is also on the advisory boards of Towson University and Loyola University.
