Ever get frustrated in traffic? Or when the Farmer’s Market is out of arugula? Or if your phone charger doesn’t quite reach the desk? So do we. It’s human nature. But let’s remember that these aren’t real problems.
A real problem is hunger. Poverty. Sickness. Real problems are what we’re determined to solve through our board memberships, donations to not-for-profit organizations and award-winning Giving Back Committee.
In 2009, Kimberly Fusco, a principal in our Not-for-Profit Services Group, came up with the idea of an entire committee dedicated to helping Greater Baltimore and we couldn’t have been more supportive.
our Giving Back Committee is a passionate, dedicated team of Ellin & Tucker employees. The committee organizes community service days and internal fundraisers that benefit worthy causes and organizations throughout Greater Baltimore. Over the years we’ve donated countless items to support local not-for-profit organizations, logged thousands of volunteer hours and partnered with a variety of other organizations to help the not-for-profit community.
Yes, so many neighbors face real problems. That’s why we’re doing real work to solve them—and seeing real results.
