Bryan is a highly motivated and service-minded Director in Ellin & Tucker’s Audit, Accounting, and Consulting Department. As a member of the firm for more than a decade, Bryan provides high quality audit, accounting, and advisory services to many of the firm’s most influential construction industry clientele. He is a trusted advisor for a wide-range of private business owners, from well-respected, multi-generational, established family businesses to investor-backed, high growth start-up companies. Bryan’s exceptional knowledge of industry technical trends has solidified his reputation as a well-respected member of the firm’s Construction Services Group.
Bryan is also a member of Ellin & Tucker’s Audit and Accounting Technical Standards Committee, which is responsible for communicating technical guidance to firm personnel, management and ownership. He is also a member of the firm’s recruiting committee and the firm’s mentoring program, which helps to train and acclimate new professional staff to the firm.
In addition to his construction expertise, Bryan regularly performs audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements and prepares corporate tax returns for privately held companies in the manufacturing, not-for-profit, professional services, real estate, technology, and wholesale distribution industries.
Bryan has been tapped by industry publications such as Construction Executive, Construction Global, and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) to share his expertise in several areas, including maximizing your relationship with your accountant year-round and tax and cash flow considerations for contractors. In March 2017, Bryan will be presenting (along with colleague Todd Feuerman) a webinar entitled “Maximizing Financial Reporting To Secure Financing” to CFMA’s national audience.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and his master’s degree in accounting and business advisory services from Towson University, he joined Ellin & Tucker in 2004 and became a certified public accountant (CPA).
