Aileen Eskildsen Named One of The Daily Record’s Most Admired CEOs for 2026

We are pleased to announce that Aileen Eskildsen, CEO and managing director of Ellin & Tucker, has been named one of Maryland’s Most Admired CEOs for 2026 by The Daily Record.

The Most Admired CEOs award honors talented business CEOs, higher education leaders, and not-for-profit executive directors throughout Maryland whose leadership and vision are admired by those around them. Honorees are selected based on professional accomplishments, community service, and letters of reference submitted by co-workers, board members, and community leaders who highlight each CEO’s leadership and vision.

Aileen’s recognition reflects her leadership at Ellin & Tucker, a Baltimore-based accounting and business consulting firm celebrating its 80th anniversary. In her leadership role, Aileen guided the firm through continued growth while remaining focused on its people, clients, and commitment to the Baltimore region.
