Ellin & Tucker Applauds Professionals’ Advancement

 Ellin & Tucker is proud to share the promotions of Marlon Hercules to senior associate in the tax department, Kyle Bollinger and Lisa Bish to senior associate in the audit and accounting department, and Pat. St. Clair to manager also in the audit and accounting department.

Originally from Bel Air, Maryland, Kyle Bollinger joined the Ellin & Tucker audit and accounting department as a first-year associate in 2021 upon graduating from Salisbury University. Since then, his hard work and determination in such a short amount of time earned him the well-deserved promotion to senior associate. Kyle is thankful for the firm’s encouraging culture that helped him achieve this career milestone. “Ellin & Tucker is really invested in their employees’ professional growth,” Kyle says. “The support and resources that they provide us is testament to their commitment to helping their employees shine.”

A resident of Baltimore City, Kyle enjoys trying new restaurants and reading thriller novels in his spare time.

In 2020, Lisa Bish started her career at Ellin & Tucker as a part-time associate while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Towson University. She then joined the firm as a full-time associate in the firm’s audit and accounting group after graduating in 2022. Lisa’s favorite part about working at Ellin & Tucker is the firm’s commitment to giving back to the greater Baltimore community. She says, “I love being a part of a firm that encourages its employees to be involved in our community, and as member of the firm’s Giving Back Committee, I get to work with my colleagues to plan firm-wide events that support organizations making a difference in our neighborhoods.”

Lisa lives in Harford County with her husband. She enjoys working out, watching reality TV, and trying new restaurants.

Marlon Hercules is also a graduate of Towson University. Born in Honduras, Marlon and his family immigrated to America when he was eight years old. After graduating from Towson in 2018, he spent time working at other private and public firms in the accounting industry before joining the Ellin & Tucker tax team in 2022. As a senior associate, he is excited to take on a leadership role and serve as a mentor to others. “It feels great to continue to grow in my career at Ellin & Tucker,” Marlon says. “I hope that in my new leadership role, I get to provide guidance and support to my teammates to help them grow as well.”

Marlon lives in Howard County with his fiancée and their dog Pegasus. He enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, watching sports, and traveling to visit family and friends.

After graduating from Towson University, Pat St. Clair joined Ellin & Tucker in 2016 as a first-year associate in the tax department. Since then, he earned his place among the firm’s emerging leadership. In 2019, Pat found his interests shifting and the firm facilitated his transition to the audit and accounting department. Pat is grateful for the firm’s leadership who supported him in his decision. “I was nervous to make the change, but the firm encouraged me to create my own path,” Pat says. “I am proud now to be stepping into a bigger role in the audit and accounting group.”

Pat lives in Harford County with his wife. He is an avid drummer, and the couple is getting ready to welcome their first child this summer.
