Ellin & Tucker Marks 80th Anniversary with New Harbor East Headquarters

Ellin & Tucker, an independent, leading Baltimore-based public accounting and business consulting firm, announced today that it will relocate its headquarters to Harbor East in fall 2026. The move, aligned with the firm’s 80th anniversary, represents a bold investment in the future of its people, its clients, and the city it has proudly called home since its founding in 1946.
Following an extensive search, Ellin & Tucker selected Harbor East for its new headquarters at 100 International Drive. The firm has signed a lease for approximately 28,000 square feet, a move that will create a more dynamic environment that surpasses the flexibility of its current office at 400 E. Pratt Street. Construction is planned to begin in March 2026, with move-in anticipated in September 2026.
“There’s an incredible sense of momentum in Baltimore right now, and we’re excited to be part of it,” said Aileen Eskildsen, CEO of Ellin & Tucker. “Our move to Harbor East reflects the spirit of the city— modern, diverse, and full of opportunity—while keeping us close to the clients and partners who fuel our shared success. This move is both a symbolic and practical step forward, and we remain proud to call Baltimore our home.”
By moving to Harbor East, Ellin & Tucker is reaffirming its role as a community leader in Baltimore. For nearly 80 years, the firm has invested in the city’s success, and this relocation reflects a commitment to Baltimore’s continued growth and opportunity. The new headquarters places the firm in the heart of a vibrant business community and in an office space designed to inspire collaboration, attract top talent, and strengthen retention. Equally important, the new headquarters reflects the caliber of clients the firm advises, from prominent privately held businesses to high-net-worth individuals who rely on Ellin & Tucker for long-term guidance and expertise.
“We are excited to welcome Ellin & Tucker to Harbor East. We know that the firm’s employees and guests will enjoy the convenience and hospitality of the neighborhood. Having one of the city’s most prominent accounting firms is a testament to the vibrancy of Harbor East as a great place to do business, live, shop and visit,” said Tim O’Donald, president of Harbor East Management Group.
Ellin & Tucker’s Harbor East headquarters will provide a flexible, future-ready workspace that celebrates the firm’s 80-year history while charting a clear path ahead for decades to come.
Ellin & Tucker was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction. The firm has partnered with BCT Design Group to bring the vision for its new headquarters to life.
